Warsaw?

Meetings this week in Warsaw. Had time to get out and about so we took the tram across the river to see the new National Stadium and then the National Museum. Saw this statue and got confused as to where we were No golonka this trip; health food and beer!

Little Tram That Hopped off the Track

Trams were lined up about 7 deep the other night just outside our apartment. It seems the center section of one decided to hop off the tracks right at out stop. They jacked it up, put on some training wheels and drove slowly away.

Luftwaffe Museum at Gatow RAF Base and a bit of golf

I noticed the Luftwaffe Museum from a satellite map near the Berliner Golf Club. Golf and planes, can't beat that. The real treat came when I found the golf course and airbase were from the British Sector of Berlin, RAF Gatow and their fantastic golf course. Great history!
