So my other good news is that I am now legal to live in Poland until 2012. I found what looked like it might be a real Spanish tapas bar...and it IS! I even had time to run up town this evening to get a photo of the bridge behind the Big church. That is Serrano ham (lunch tomorrow)!

Finally froze it. -21 C this morning. Find the snowman!

Snow Day and the search for the brownie...

My lovely wife has an excellent food blog at foodlovelanguage.blogspot.com and today I searched for a brownie that someone recommended we try at a cafe in Poznan. I found a few things of interest, and the brownie turned into apple pie. In fact, when I checked on the original apple pie cafe at Starey Brower it was closed and a new business is moving in; I can't wait!!!

Somewhere in these boxes is 12 pounds of Starbucks espresso! Only took three and a half months:(

WELCOME (back) TO POLAND!

As the plane was landing I got to see Malta Lake frozen and covered with snow. Had to get some pics, but thought some Arizona Christmas adventure is also appropriate.
